My first MPAGD game. Took awhile, but eventually I have decided to release it despite my reservations.

Default Controls: 9 - Left   0 - Right

Collect the cobwebs. You don't need to get them all, unless you are a Pro. You can rush through as fast as you like! You may lose out on the top score though...

Most up to date ZX Spectrum Emulators should work. Tested on Speculator and Retro Virtual Machine with no issues.

Interested to see if anyone likes it or gets a big score!

Have menu sound in now, like it or hate it! A fancy trail as well just because...

Hi, I’m contacting you because I want to make a homebrew tribute USB. I’m collecting as many content creators as possible. I also want to include a profile for each one, with a few details, such as their logo, avatar, name, work completed, projects, etc., so you can see who’s behind their creations.

That profile, along with any material you allow me to upload, will be placed on a USB drive. This will act as a database of creators and their creations, and will be updated as I connect with new people.

The USB I’m thinking of creating will be one of those rubber-type USBs, shaped like a Spectrum computer, something that looks really nice. The idea is that those who contribute material, and if they want to buy one or more, will get it at cost price, and those who just want to buy one, it will cost a little more.

The idea is that if enough are sold, enough to recover the initial investment, the profits that the rest of the USBs could generate will be distributed among the people who have contributed material to the project, via transfer, PayPal, or however possible, even if possible, that the USB will be free. Obviously, you can buy more than one, but only one of them can be free.

It’s not necessary or mandatory to buy the USB, only if you like it or want it.

If you’re interested in this project, you can contact me at this email, flopping@gmail.com. If you have any questions or concerns, let me know and I’ll answer them. Do you think the idea is a good one? Would you like to participate in the project? Let me know. Best regards.

Juan.

Hello. I must admit to being a little skeptical about this sort of thing. I'm still perfecting the game or at least still updating it. So not finished anyway. As I am not a millionare, always open to a deal, but only if it is fair to all.

Not sure a USB memory stick shaped like a Spectrum is a good deal. Depends on all sort of things...

Hello, the USB project is for users to get to know the creators of content and games. To do this, we create a profile for each one, with some basic information—an avatar, logo, creations, website, etc.—and we also include some of their work, a game or whatever they have. The games are an incentive to get people interested in purchasing them, and thus, they can be cheaper or even free. It all depends on how popular they are.

Would you like to participate in the project?

Ciao dvader,

Bellissimo e divertentissimo gioco, molto semplice nelle dinamiche e nel padroneggiarlo,ma diventa sfidante se se vuole pulire tutte le ragnatele.

Lo consiglio assolutamente

"Beautiful and very fun game, very simple in dynamics and mastering it, but it becomes challenging if you want to clean all the cobwebs. I absolutely recommend it"
Thankyou! It's nice to see people enjoying it.

Excellent little game! Congratulations! I'm really hoping for a sequel with music. I finished it today. Don't know what happened with the time, though!

Thanks! I'm not quite sure how to add musiv for a 48K or 128K for that matter! Probably easier to get working with the 128K I imagine.

Not sure about the score, perhaps it ran out and did something unexpected instead of a game over screen!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Great work on making a really fun game. I finally managed to complete it with a score of 40,816 (those screens near the end are tough :-) )

I really enjoyed it, I hope you make more games and look forward to seeing what you come up with next.

Thanks! Well done completing it! It does get a lot tougher towards the end :)

Thanks for the game. My best so far is 51 items, with 4:34 left. Can I ask what your best is Dvader?

I would have to play through it to be sure, but that sounds like you did well. I have beaten the game with all items collected (before I added some extra ones), no idea how much time I had left though. Many test runs to make sure things were possible to get :) Thanks for playing my game. You managed to finish the speed run which is what it's all about, and getting a top score of course :)

Good new game, reminded me a bit of C64 Wizball. I've also added it to my new "Gameplay of New ZX Spectrum games from March 2025" video along with other recently released games. Hope you enjoy the video.

Thanks. I had it done a year or more ago but added a little and decided what the hell, release it!

Okay have updated the game with a few more collectables in rooms I left unfinished. Plus a couple of enemies. Tried looking at a different machine and have possibly messed up the source code :(  Thankfully the game is 99% complete. Annoying though :(

I think there's a few boffins in the MPAGD community that'd help recover that for you.

Thanks everyone! Here's me thinking it wasn't really ready for release!

Great !

Watched the vid. Thanks for playing my game!

Nice game!

Thought you were going to complete it at one point! Thanks for checking it out!

Excellent game, wow! Congrats.

Thanks :) Thought it was too basic to release, but though may as well let it out there.

Extremely addictive game.  Congratz!

(I only had some trouble while redefining keys because it only redefines PAUSE and then, playing, I had to find out which keys were used to move which are 9 and 0, right?)

Now, you will you excuse me, buddy, but I have got to go back to Rollerball.

Oh that's odd, but never checked that part out lol. Yeah 9 and 0 yet another odd Spectrum keyboard selection :) Should work with Kempston as well if your emulator is setup for it.

Thank you for your reply and congratz once more! And I hope there will be more games from you! Regards!

(By the way, from the moment I downloaded it on, I can't find the way back in the website to contribute to your work).

Yeah, had similar issues myself with stuff I have downloaded, even stuff I paid for.

Should take you to the main download page.

Thanks again for the kind comments, let me know if you manage to complete it!

Good job!

Thanks! Hope you get some fun out of it. Not a massive game but has it's challenges.
