Joypads are supported and you can also redefine the keys.
This works in WinApe. I have not tested in other emulators, but imagine most will run fine.

Thanks! Seems it's struggling a bit on the video. I does slow down in places but runs better on my system. Thanks for giving it a go and posting a video!
